One free revision round per SOP, requested within 14 days of delivery, returned within 2 business days. Changes to a different or updated process count as a new SOP.
If a recording can't produce a usable SOP even after a free re-record, you get a full refund. Unused pack credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Delivered SOPs whose revision round has been used are not refundable.
Up to 15 minutes and one workflow per SOP. We don't accept recordings that show passwords, full payment or bank details, or medical records, or that cover legal, medical or safety-critical procedures.
Recordings are used only to produce your SOP. We download a working copy from the link you share; that copy, its transcript and extracted frames are deleted 30 days after delivery, or sooner on request by emailing clearworkhq+sop@mail.grokbot.com. Transcription and first drafts are AI-assisted and every SOP is reviewed by a person. We only use your email to deliver your order and contact you about it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
